wrestling, men

Emily Haasch, love.

She describes her work “Drowning” as a “collage series concerning masculinity and human form as explored through the juxtaposition of both isolation and systematic disorder.”

I haven’t considered wrestling an art form or seen it pictured this way. It kind of looks like a really aggressive ballet. Collage is one of my favourite mediums because you can actually see the layers and preparation taken into account of each piece and what materials are used to bring the different textures out. Pretty freakin’ great.
